The Grammy Award-winning music legend may sing about not wanting much for Christmas, but she does, in fact, want $27 million for her luxury three-story condo located at 90 Franklin St. According to the listing<\/a>, the breathtaking home features nearly 13,000 square feet of interior space, a private outdoor area and sweeping 360-degree views of Lower Manhattan.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The number of contracts signed was up 17% from the 30 contracts signed last week (March 28 to April 3), and up 6% from the 33 contracts signed during the same period last year. There were 1,447 luxury units priced $4 million and more actively on the market, with 95 new listings added last week (April 4 to10). 37% (13) of this week\u2019s luxury contracts were last asking more than $10 million, the real estate pros reported.<\/p>\n
