One seriously injured in Bronx building fire: FDNY<\/p>\n

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) \u2014 One person was seriously injured after the top floor of a Bronx building erupted into flames Sunday, according to the FDNY.<\/p>\n

Citizen video shows<\/a> flames and smoke pouring out of broken windows from the multiple dwelling at 538 Claremont Pkwy in the Bronx.<\/p>\n

FDNY officials said firefighters were called to the area just before 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.<\/p>\n

One person was seriously injured in the fire, according to officials.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Sunday, two firefighters were injured in a three-alarm blaze<\/a> at an abandoned Manhattan building.<\/p>\n

The cause of the fire was not yet known.<\/p>\n
