A man is dead and a frantic manhunt is underway for the gunman after a shooting erupted in a Brooklyn apartment on Sunday morning. According to police sources, the incident unfolded at around 10:52am\u00a0inside of 75 Cumberland Walk. Cops said they received a 911 call reporting that shots were fired inside of apartment 12E. Officers from the 88th Precinct and Police Service Area 4 rushed to the scene to discover a 43-year-old lying on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest and arm.
