RICHMOND HILL, Queens (WABC) — Police are searching for a suspect in a deadly stabbing in Queens that investigators now believe may be tied to a love triangle.<\/p>\n
The attack happened inside an apartment on 86th Avenue in the Richmond Hill section around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday<\/a>.<\/p>\n Police say a 41-year-old man was stabbed in the chest and later died from his injuries.<\/p>\n A 32-year-old woman was also slashed during the confrontation and taken to the hospital. She is expected to recover.<\/p>\n Sources familiar with the investigation say the violence appears to have grown out of a dispute involving a romantic relationship, though police have not released details about how the individuals were connected.<\/p>\n Neighbors reported a heavy police presence at the building following the stabbing as detectives worked to piece together what led up to the attack.
