Heavy fire was reported on the first, fifth and sixth floors of the building.<\/p>\n<p>Video captures heavy flames engulfing and thick, black smoke billowing from the structure. Eyewitness News was on scene as firefighters tried to get the fire under control and extinguish hotspots.<\/p>\n<p>Officials say the building was unsafe for firefighters to walk in to, so the FDNY conducted searches from the tower ladders looking into the building.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were able to do a search from the ladders.
