Cops are looking for this suspect in a half-dozen armed robberies in South Richmond Hill and South Ozone Park. <\/p>\n

Police from the 106th Precinct<\/a> are looking for two armed robbers who targeted a corner deli located at 131-02 Rockaway Blvd. during the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 7. <\/p>\n

Police say a 22-year-old male store employee was approached by two strangers, and one of them pulled out a gun and the duo forcibly removed $2,000 in cash from the victim before fleeing the deli southbound on 131st Street toward Sutter Avenue. Investigators have determined that the gunman is the same perpetrator<\/a> who allegedly robbed a Lefferts Boulevard grocery store at gunpoint on March 28 and sped away from the scene on a bicycle and tried to rob a Texas Chicken & Burgers in South Richmond Hill<\/a> 10 days earlier before leaving empty-handed on a bicycle.<\/p>\n

In addition to the South Ozone Park<\/a> corner deli armed robbery, the same suspect allegedly struck three other times so far this month, beginning during the early morning hours of Saturday, April 4, when he approached a 55-year-old man in front of 132-02 Liberty Ave. in South Richmond Hill at around 3:15 a.m. Police say the suspect brandished a firearm and snatched a necklace from the victim\u2019s neck before running off southbound on 132nd Street toward Van Siclen Street.<\/p>\n

The following night, the suspect and his accomplice were back in South Ozone Park, where they entered a deli at 127-01 111th Ave. at 11 p.m. and allegedly threatened a 45-year-old man behind the counter. They forcibly removed $400 in cash before leaving the store and running off northbound on 127th Street toward 109th Avenue.<\/p>\n

A night later, on Monday, April 6, the two suspects targeted a 40-year-old man on a two-wheeled vehicle in front of 120-20 121st St. in South Richmond Hill at 10:15 p.m. and threatened him at gunpoint before stealing his ride and speeding away southbound on 121st Street toward Liberty Ave., police said. An NYPD spokeswoman could not clarify if the stolen vehicle was a scooter or a moped.<\/p>\n

The NYPD re-released the surveillance images from the attempted robbery at the Texas Chicken & Burgers restaurant last month that showed the gunman. He has a dark complexion and wore a black hooded winter jacket, black pants, a black Nike ski mask and white sneakers. Police could not provide a description of his accomplice.<\/p>\n

A reward of up to $3,500 is being offered for information that leads to their arrest and indictment.\n<\/p>\n
