Our unsettled pattern will continue into Tuesday. A front stalling out nearby will keep rain chances in the forecast.<\/p>\n

We will also watch for the potential of maybe an isolated strong to severe storm on Tuesday. The primary hazard would be gusty winds.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, looking at periods of steady rainfall. It could add up to more than an inch in spots between Tuesday and early Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Temperatures will be well above normal for mid-April. A typical high temperature is in the lower 50s; most of Central New York will be feeling temperatures in the 60s across the North Country with highs in the mid to upper 70s around Syracuse and into the Southern Tier.<\/p>\n

Rain chances will continue into Wednesday with temperatures in the 50s for lows, with highs in the 60s and 70s.<\/p>\n
