Wegmans<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wegmans.com\/news-media\/product-recalls\/lundberg-organic-jasmine-white-rice-2lb-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> tells USA Today <\/a>that it didn&#8217;t initiate the recall. The brand is also sold at Walmart, Target and Whole Foods, among other national retailers. Apart from Wegmans, none have issued a recall notice. <\/p>\n<p>The items were also sold at Target and Whole Foods, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p>Wegmans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/food\/2026\/04\/07\/jasmine-rice-recall-wegmans\/89503860007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">told USA Today<\/a> that it did not initiate the product recall. It referred all questions to the manufacturer, Lundberg Family Farms, which told the paper no illnesses had been reported.<\/p>\n<p>Lundberg Family Farms also said the issue was limited to one production run, and that it had been reported to the feds.<\/p>\n<p>No notice has been listed on the FDA website as of Monday. <\/p>\n<p>Bags affected by the recall contain the universal product code 073416- 040281.
