MASPETH, Queens (PIX11) \u2014 Investigations are ongoing into two fires that injured multiple people in Maspeth on Monday night.<\/p>\n
The fires were reported at 60-92 Flushing Avenue and 66-64 Grand Avenue at around 9:12 p.m.<\/p>\n
Police say responding officers were informed that an unidentified woman started both fires. The suspect was located and taken into custody.<\/p>\n
Police say a 26-year-old man suffered injuries to his finger as he was trying to escape through a window.<\/p>\n
