This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Bay Ridge, Kensington, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, a renovation of this Park Slope brownstone kept 1880s-era details in place and introduced some stylish finishes and amenities like central air, a modern kitchen, three en suite baths, and a landscaped rear yard. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in January for $9 million, which was $1.25 million under the asking price.<\/p>\n

In Bay Ridge, this semi-detached pink house has wood floors, arched doorways, and Deco tile in the bathrooms. This former Open House Pick<\/a> is still available for $2.225 million, a price cut of $200,000.<\/p>\n

In a 1930s elevator building in Kensington, this co-op unit has a spacious layout with three bedrooms, appears move-in ready, and comes in under the million-dollar mark. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in January for $912,500, which was $12,500 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

Finally, this unit on the top floor of a 1920s Finnish co-op building 549 41st Street has a flexible layout that allows for a one-bedroom with a separate dining room or two bedrooms. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in January for $750,000, which was $51,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n
