A second suspect in the fatal shooting of a 7-month-old baby<\/a> in Brooklyn earlier this month has been extradited to New York City and charged, police said.<\/p>\n

Matthew Rodriguez, 18, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, was initially taken into custody in Pennsylvania by detectives assigned to the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force.<\/p>\n

Rodriguez faces multiple charges, including three counts of murder, attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon, assault, hindering prosecution and tampering with a witness, police said.<\/p>\n

Authorities said the charges stem from the April 1 shooting death of Kaori Patterson-Moore, who was struck by a bullet while sitting in a stroller near Humboldt and Moore streets in Williamsburg.<\/p>\n

Another suspect, 21-year-old Amuri Greene, has also been charged with multiple counts of murder,<\/a> attempted murder and weapons possession, in connection with the shooting.<\/p>\n

Investigators said Rodriguez was driving a moped against traffic on Humboldt Street while Greene rode on the back. Greene is accused of firing two shots, striking the infant.<\/p>\n
