Photo by Shore Towers Condominium<\/p>\n<p>Among the features of the new lobby are terrazzo floors, travertine walls and columns and walnut wood accents. It is complemented by abstract expressionist art, modern lighting and a seating area with a fireplace, overlooking the East River.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/qns.com\/?attachment_id=606579\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-606579 nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-606579\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/fireplace-view-photo-by-Shore-Towers-rotated.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1365\"  \/><\/a>The seating area with a fireplace provides a great view of the East River.
