A female stranger randomly shoved a 71-year-old woman to the ground in a morning Brooklyn attack last week \u2013 leaving her bruised up with a jaw injury, cops and sources said Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The senior was walking on Brighton Beach Avenue near Brighton 1st Place around 10:25 a.m. Friday when the menace pushed her, causing her to fall, authorities said.<\/p>\n

The two did not know each other and didn\u2019t appear to exchange words before the senseless attack, according to law enforcement sources.<\/p>\n

The woman was hospitalized in stable condition with cuts, bruising and swelling to the face and left knee, and a jaw injury, police said.<\/p>\n

By then, the attacker had already fled on foot westbound on Brighton Beach Avenue toward Ocean Parkway, cops said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Police released footage of the still-at-large menace strolling on the sidewalk wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap and looking at her phone.\u00a0<\/p>\n
