Spring has officially sprung, and if you’re looking for a burst of seasonal color, make plans to head to Herald Square next week. The iconic Macy’s Flower Show<\/a> is back for its 51st year, and it\u2019s celebrating America’s gardens with the theme “Homegrown.”<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s show is a cross-country road trip through America\u2019s most stunning backyard landscapes. From April 23 to May 10 in New York, the main floor of Macy’s Herald Square will be transformed into a lush, petal-packed tribute celebrating America with dynamic floral art and regional botanicals.<\/p>\n

One of the standout features this year comes from Valentino Beauty, which is turning part of the space into a multisensory floral experience inspired by its Born in Roma fragrance line. It\u2019s part garden, part color story, part immersive stroll through scent and design. Even if you\u2019re just there for a quick browse, don\u2019t be surprised if you linger a little longer.<\/p>\n

Of course, it wouldn\u2019t be spring without a nod to Mother\u2019s Day. Macy\u2019s is building in plenty of ways to celebrate, from styling events and beauty demos to hands-on experiences and brunch options. On May 9, stores nationwide will host special in-store festivities designed to feel a bit like a party you didn\u2019t have to plan.<\/p>\n

The show is also popping up in Chicago at Macy’s State Street. This satellite version will bring its own local flavor, with floral vignettes that nod to city traditions like \u201cMeet Me Under the Clock.\u201d<\/p>\n

If you can\u2019t bear to leave the blooms behind, Macy’s will have an exclusive Flower Show collection on offer that includes printed totes, watercolor sets and even specialty Frango chocolates.<\/p>\n

The Macy’s Flower Show is your chance to stop and smell the flowers while you shop, and celebrate homegrown beauty found all across the country.<\/p>\n
