Launching on June 28, the reality series will follow Serhant and his elite army of agents over eight episodes, as they face intense competition to secure the city\u2019s most exclusive luxury listings. In a city of over 8 million people, real estate is a team sport. But to make it at SERHANT., you have to abide by a few key rules. \u201cOne, you have to sell, so you have to carry an annual rolling gross commission income of $500,000. If you don’t sell real estate, you can’t be here,\u201d says Serhant. \u201cTwo, you have to be incredibly hardworking. If you’re lazy, but you still sell a lot, that’s fine. There are other agencies where you can go be lazy. Three, you have to be a good person. That doesn’t mean you can’t be ruthless and you can’t be rigorous. But at the end of the day, we’re all human beings and everyone’s just trying to find their own path. And four, you have to think outside the box. I tell everyone, \u2018My job is to create, innovate, and inspire you. If you can’t do the same thing for me, there’s other places to work.\u2019”<\/p>\n
