The brand\u2019s second New York City pop-up will open within <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/fashion-news\/designer-luxury\/3-1-phillip-lim-michelle-rhee-head-of-design-1238126565\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Phillip Lim\u2019s <\/a>store on 48 Great Jones Street, Thursday to Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tJ.Cricket\u2019s founder is Jimin Lee, a South Korean-born fashion veteran who held several positions in <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/tag\/retail-2\/\" id=\"auto-tag_retail-2\" data-tag=\"retail-2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">retail<\/a>. She worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City and moved to Asia in 1994 to take a position as general merchandise manager and fashion director of Joyce Boutiques in Hong Kong. In 2003, Lee established Translatio in Shanghai, forging partnerships with international fashion brands to develop their <a href=\"https:\/\/wwd.com\/beauty-industry-news\/fragrance\/arab-fragrances-lattafa-armaf-amazon-top-yara-1238323246\/\" id=\"related_article_link_retail-2\" data-tag=\"retail-2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">retail<\/a> footprint in mainland China. She started designing in 2018 and later opened J.Cricket\u2019s headquarters on Corso Venezia 44, at the heart of the Italian fashion capital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tJ.Cricket told WWD on Tuesday that it will bring its bestsellers in new limited-edition fabrics. It will also introduce organza for the first time with new pieces, fit for daywear and or evening. The U.S. is its second-biggest market by revenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThis is the second New York City pop-up.
