Another part of the proposal calls for narrowing travel lanes and adding 4-foot-wide striped shoulders.<\/p>\n<p>There have been several fatal crashes along that stretch of Route 7.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight&#8217;s meeting starts at 5 at Iroquois middle school in Niskayuna.
