City records obtained by The Post show the unit closed on April 9.\u00a0It is unclear what the Christies intend to use this space for. The Post has reached out for comment.<\/p>\n
The seller was listed as a man named Jean-Pierre Riou. Transfer taxes alone ran over $42,000.<\/p>\n
