We’re getting a sneak peek at Jeremy Jordan<\/a>‘s upcoming star turn in Broadway’s\u00a0Just in Time<\/a> with a special video of Jordan and his soon-to-be co-star Isa Briones<\/a> (The Pitt)\u00a0singing the show’s “First Real Love.” Watch above.<\/p>\n

The biomusical currently stars Matthew Morrison<\/a> as Darin at the Circle in the Square Theatre through April 19. Morrison joined the company, succeeding original star Jonathan Groff<\/a> April 1, alongside Briones as Francis and Tony winner Debbie Gravitte<\/a> as Polly. Jordan will take over beginning April 21.<\/p>\n

The current cast also includes Joe Barbara<\/a> (A Bronx Tale The Musical<\/a>), Drama Desk nominee Emily Bergl<\/a> (Good Night, Oscar<\/a>), Sadie Dickerson<\/a> (Vladimir), Lance Roberts<\/a> (The Music Man<\/a>), Caesar Samayoa<\/a> (Come From Away<\/a>), Claire Camp<\/a> (Cats<\/a>), Julia Grondin<\/a> (Funny Girl<\/a>), Jessica Mallare White<\/a>, Tari Kelly<\/a> (Mr. Saturday Night<\/a>), Matt Magnusson<\/a> (A Wonderful World), Khori Michelle Petinaud<\/a> (Lempicka<\/a>), Larkin Reilly<\/a> (Bad Cinderella<\/a>), and Jeffrey Schecter<\/a> (A Chorus Line<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Just in Time opened on Broadway April 26, 2025, starring Tony winner Groff. Tony winner Alex Timbers<\/a> is at the helm of the immersive staging. The show tracks Darin’s life story and sees Morrison as Darin performing the crooner’s greatest hits, including “Beyond the Sea,” “Splish Splash,” and “Mack the Knife.”<\/p>\n

The work, developed by Timbers and based on an original concept by Ted Chapin<\/a>, features a book by Tony winner Warren Leight<\/a> and Isaac Oliver<\/a> (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel). Shannon Lewis<\/a> choreographs with music supervision and arrangements by Andrew Resnick<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The production also features scenic design by two-time Tony winner Derek McLane<\/a> (Death Becomes Her<\/a>), costume design by eight-time Tony winner Catherine Zuber<\/a> (Moulin Rouge!), lighting design by Tony winner Justin Townsend<\/a> (Here Lies Love<\/a>), and sound design by Tony winner Peter Hylenski<\/a> (Maybe Happy Ending<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Scott Rowen<\/a> is the production stage manager, and Live Wire Theatrical is the general manager. Tom Kirdahy<\/a>, Robert Ahrens<\/a>, John Frost<\/a>, and Groff are producing.<\/p>\n
