Sagard Real Estate has taken the wraps off nearly 332,000 square feet of new industrial space in Staten Island, adding to the warehouse stock around New Jersey\u2019s key port submarkets.<\/p>\n

According to Cushman & Wakefield, which spearheads leasing at the site, the project at One Nassau Place is the largest new construction single-story warehouse available in New York City. And it comes with features such as 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 60 loading docks, two drive-in doors and 174 parking spaces, along with full sprinkler systems as part of a design meant to accommodate a range of industrial users, including single or multitenant configurations.<\/p>\n

Cushman\u2019s Bill Waxman, David Gheriani, Rico Murtha and Helen Paul lead the brokerage team at the 331,700-square-foot property.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs demand for high-quality industrial space in New York City continues to outpace supply, One Nassau Place represents a rare opportunity for tenants to secure scale, efficiency and connectivity within the five boroughs,\u201d said Paul, an executive director at C&W. \u201cThis project delivers the modern specifications today\u2019s occupiers require, combined with immediate access to key transportation hubs serving the broader tristate area.\u201d<\/p>\n

The team added that the facility is a block from the Arthur Kill train station and close to major transportation infrastructure, including the Outerbridge Crossing, Port Newark-Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport.<\/p>\n
