This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Greenpoint, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, and Clinton Hill. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, this Greenpoint residence has a stylish presence after a renovation tackled the wood frame inside and out. This former House of the Day<\/a> entered contract in January.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of 1890s details to ogle in this Park Slope brownstone, including built-ins, interior shutters, mantels, tilework, and moldings. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in January for $4.5 million, which was $1.005 million over the asking price.<\/p>\n

In Windsor Terrace, a single-family brick row house has wood floors, a beamed ceiling, and some Deco era tile. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in February for $2.7 million, which was $200,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

Finally, this Clinton Hill one-bedroom has wood floors, four closets, a roomy foyer, and a renovated kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in March for $875,000, which was $50,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n
