The US Supreme Court said the Trump administration had to reimburse businesses to the tune of $166 billion. But there was no provision in their decision to reimburse taxpayers.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">\u201cStarting today, businesses can begin submitting documentation to reclaim the money they paid. And that\u2019s an important first step.
