She revealed that in collaboration with her twin sister, Brooklyn — who welcomed her first baby with husband Dakota Blackburn in January 2025 — they intend to offer financial support to some of those in need.

“Brooklyn and I want you all to know we are not only thinking about y’all, but want to help out where we can,” added Bailey. “Anyone who is struggling with infertility, please comment your stories down below and we will send some of y’all $1000 to help pay for fertility treatments and hopefully bring a sliver of light during a difficult journey.”

The social media star has previously spoken about her fertility journey online, documenting both the medical and emotional aspects of the situation. Earlier this month, on April 10, Bailey posted a TikTok explaining that she recently had her anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels checked. According to the Cleveland Clinic, AMH tests can provide insight into a woman’s reproductive health; high levels of the hormone correspond to a higher number of eggs and a higher ovarian reserve, whereas lower levels indicate the opposite.

In the video, Bailey revealed that her AMH levels are low. She also included a clip of her reacting to her test results, where she emotionally explained what she learned. She noted that the “scale of good” levels range between 2.0 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) to 4.0 ng/mL.

“I have 0.5, which means I don’t have very many eggs,” she said. “Which is kind of a weird feeling to be told as a woman.”

Bailey also discussed the trials she’s faced in trying to build a family in an emotional Instagram video posted on March 27. The footage showed the content creator and her husband, Asa Howard, taking several pregnancy tests, continually learning that they aren’t expecting.

Never miss a story — sign up for PEOPLE’s free daily newsletter to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories.

As each test went on, Bailey could be seen getting more and more upset. “Still waiting for our yes 💔,” she wrote over the clip. In her caption, she added that the journey has been “difficult emotionally” since she’s been receiving negative tests for over a year.

“Negative tests over and over again for nearly a year,” Bailey wrote. “This is not the fertility journey I thought we would have. It’s been difficult emotionally but we know our time will come.”

She concluded, “And to our future baby, take comfort knowing you were loved before you were even known.
