{"id":206775,"date":"2026-04-23T01:21:26","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T01:21:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/206775\/"},"modified":"2026-04-23T01:21:26","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T01:21:26","slug":"pccp-provides-130m-construction-loan-for-mott-haven-mixed-use-project-commercial-observer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/206775\/","title":{"rendered":"PCCP Provides $130M Construction Loan for Mott Haven Mixed-Use Project \u2013 Commercial Observer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A joint venture between <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/shorewood-real-estate-group\/\" title=\"Shorewood Real Estate Group\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Shorewood Real Estate Group<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/bogopa-enterprises\/\" title=\"Bogopa Enterprises\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bogopa Enterprises<\/a> has secured $130 million in construction financing to build The 360, a 13-story, grocery-anchored residential property that will deliver 304 apartment units to the Bronx, Commercial Observer can first report.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/pccp\/\" title=\"PCCP\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PCCP<\/a> provided the construction debt, while a <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/jll-capital-markets\/\" title=\"JLL Capital Markets\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">JLL Capital Markets<\/a> team of Lauren Kaufman and Nicco Lupo arranged the financing.<\/p>\n<p>SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/04\/cedarst-companies-fort-lauderdale-flagler-village\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chicago Developer Lands $56M to Build Fort Lauderdale Rental<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Larry Davis, CEO and president of Shorewood Real Estate Group, said the financing will allow his firm to create \u201cmuch-needed housing and community-serving retail to Mott Haven.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, PJ Finley, vice president at PCCP, described the upcoming asset as a \u201cthoughtfully designed [building] to match the demand in the market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to play a role in delivering housing to the Bronx,\u201d Finley added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located along the Grand Concourse in Mott Haven, The 360 will feature studio to two-bedroom apartments divided among 228 market-rate and 76 affordable units.
