{"id":207316,"date":"2026-04-23T15:45:25","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T15:45:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/207316\/"},"modified":"2026-04-23T15:45:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T15:45:25","slug":"cbre-hires-cannon-hills-chris-masotto-to-lead-nyc-property-management-commercial-observer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/207316\/","title":{"rendered":"CBRE Hires Cannon Hill\u2019s Chris Masotto to Lead NYC Property Management \u2013 Commercial Observer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/cbre\/\" title=\"CBRE\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CBRE<\/a> has hired Chris Masotto to lead its property management market operations for New York, Long Island and southern Connecticut, Commercial Observer has learned.<\/p>\n<p>Masotto, who previously served as a principal and head of property management at <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/cannon-hill-capital-partners\/\" title=\"Cannon Hill Capital Partners\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cannon Hill Capital Partners<\/a>, joined the brokerage in early April to manage CBRE\u2019s office, retail, industrial and life sciences portfolio. Masotto will replace Tom Lloyd, who was previously promoted to leader of property management for CBRE\u2019s Northeast division, according to the brokerage.<\/p>\n<p>SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/04\/self-storage-rental-costs-sparefoot-report\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rental Cost of Self-Storage Units in U.S. Almost Halved as Demand Slips<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Masotto worked at Cannon Hill for almost four years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
