COURTHOUSE,
\n April 20 \u2013 There was an armed
\n robbery of a convenience store
\n on Boston Road in The Bronx on
\n November 30, 2023. A
\n perpetrator was wearing a mask
\n and blue surgical gloves, but
\n also a black Polo
\n hoodie.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Godfrie Cole was
\n captured on video back in 3475
\n Bivona Street in The Bronx in
\n the same hoodie. He was
\n arrested, and then the case
\n was Federalized. <\/p>\n

He was presented
\n in the U.S. District Court for
\n the Southern District of New
\n York Magistrates court, which
\n Inner City Press exclusively
\n covers, on January 18, 2024
\n and detained.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0On January
\n 30, his case was indicted and
\n assigned to District Judge
\n Analisa Torres. <\/p>\n
