There is some welcome relief for residents of an apartment building in the Bronx whose elevator had been out-of-service for months.<\/p>\n

The elevators are now back in service as of Friday.<\/p>\n

Tenants of 747 Concourse Village West were climbing up to 10 flights of stairs<\/a> since early February.<\/p>\n

The building’s two elevators had been unreliable since water damage from a February fire knocked them out of service.<\/p>\n

According to residents, one elevator was repaired but stopped working again about a week ago.<\/p>\n

Now, all the elevators are working again.<\/p>\n
