The West Village\u2019s Sip & Guzzle<\/a> nabbed the number one spot. The\u00a0destination was recognized for its dual experiences found across its two floors, calling out the basement bar, Sip, for its \u201crefined, Japanese-inspired cocktails with precision and elegance,\u201d while the more raucous Guzzle got a shout for its \u201cbold highballs, beers and fun bar snacks.\u201d This continues a solid run for Sip & Guzzle, as just last year, they were named \u201cBest New U.S. Cocktail Bar<\/a>\u201d courtesy of the Spirited Awards. That, and their A5 Wagyu burger, of which they only make 12 a day, was named one of the best burgers in the world<\/a>.<\/p>\n Two bars also made the top five, both of which reside in the East Village: Bar Snack<\/a> and schmuck<\/a>. Our current number one bar in the city<\/a>, Bar Snack made its debut on the list, coming in at a stellar number three for its \u201cinventive, flavor-packed drinks\u201d and \u201cepic snacks,\u201d cheese curds and Spice Bags included. schmuck., (our best new bar of 2025<\/a>), came in at number five for its experimental lineup of cocktails housed in a \u201ca vibey house party-style setting.\u201d Its premiere on the list was also paired with another distinction, as the bar also received the Three Cents Best New Opening Award.\u00a0<\/p>\n Superbueno<\/a> still landed in the top ten\u2014after coming in at number two for two years in a row\u2014landing at number nine in the ranking. Eleven Madison Park\u2019s Clemente Bar<\/a> came in at number 15, and Japanese-American cocktail bar, Martiny\u2019s<\/a>, came in at number 23. Angel’s Share<\/a>\u2019s \u201cmeticulous Japanese-style libations\u201d came in at number 31, sky-high cocktail lounge Overstory<\/a> at 33 and Double Chicken Please<\/a>‘s\u201cdrinkable meal\u201d of a cocktail menu, ranked at number 35. Bar Madonna<\/a>, a new entry to the list, made the list at number 36 for its \u201cintersection of Italian-American hospitality,\u201d while the recently expanded Attaboy<\/a> ranked 37.
