They were there to watch the annual Cops and Teens Basketball tournament. From now on, it can be played in the city\u2019s first wholly-owned basketball gym.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ccxmedia.org\/cities\/199805-2\/attachment\/still-82\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-199806 follow noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-199806\" class=\"wp-image-199806 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/still-5.jpg\" alt=\"teenaged boy works a sound board in a recording studio\" width=\"1600\" height=\"900\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-199806\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Brooklyn Park\u2019s new The Wood teen center includes the Best Buy Teen Tech Center for young people to try their hand at video gaming, podcasting, and recording music.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re really excited to have youth come in for the first time and really check out the building,\u201d said City of Brooklyn Park Parks and Facilities Manager Marcus Hill. \u201cIt\u2019s been really great, working with youth services division on creating this extraordinary building.
