Beacon Capital Partners sold the property to Sovereign Partners. In a separate transaction, MetLife Investment Management sold units B, C and D to Sovereign partners for <a href=\"https:\/\/a836-acris.nyc.gov\/DS\/DocumentSearch\/DocumentDetail?doc_id=2026042300819002\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$62 million<\/a>. Unit B has 6,397 square feet, Unit C has 22,262 and Unit D has 11,747.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 Residential: The priciest residential sale was <a href=\"https:\/\/a836-acris.nyc.gov\/DS\/DocumentSearch\/DocumentDetail?doc_id=2026042400439001\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$19.4 million<\/a> for a 2,858-square-foot, sponsor-sale condominium at 20 East 76th Street on the Upper East Side. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elliman.com\/listing\/20-e-76th-st-ph2-new-york-ny-10021\/8720915\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Michelle Griffith and Lauren Muss with Douglas Elliman<\/a> represented the developer, the\u00a0Reuben Brothers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Commercial: Next, in Nolita, 50 Spring Street was sold by Brannon Realty to 50 SPRING Z LLC for <a href=\"https:\/\/a836-acris.nyc.gov\/DS\/DocumentSearch\/DocumentDetail?doc_id=2026042301066001\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$9.5 million.<\/a> The retail property has 4,825 square feet.
