He is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Norwood News reached out to the DOE and asked if they could confirm where the employee worked and in what capacity. We received the following statement from a DOE spokesperson, \u201cThese allegations are serious and deeply disturbing. The individual has been suspended without pay, and if the claims are confirmed, we will pursue termination.
