WASHINGTON \u2014 Gunman Cole Allen sent an anti-President Trump manifesto<\/a> to his family members about 10 minutes before opening fire at Saturday night\u2019s White House Correspondents\u2019 Dinner \u2014 calling himself the \u201cFriendly Federal Assassin\u201d and revealing he\u00a0was hell-bent on\u00a0killing Trump administration officials<\/a>, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

\u201cTurning the other cheek is for when you yourself are oppressed. I\u2019m not the person raped in a detention camp. I\u2019m not the fisherman executed without trial,\u201d Allen wrote in the unhinged missive<\/a>, which a relative provided to police, a US official said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not a schoolkid blown up, or a child starved, or a teenage girl abused by the many criminals in this administration. Turning the other cheek when *someone else* is oppressed is not Christian behavior; it is complicity in the oppressor\u2019s crimes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Allen described his targets<\/a> as including \u201cAdministration officials (not including [FBI Director Kash] Patel): they are targets, prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes,\u201d Allen wrote, apparently referring to the president.<\/p>\n

Allen\u2019s brother notified the New London, Conn., police department of the manifesto, the US official told The Post.<\/p>\n

The document was signed \u201cCole \u2018coldForce\u2019 \u2018Friendly Federal Assassin\u2019 Allen.\u201d<\/p>\n

The US official told The Post that the Secret Service has interviewed Allen\u2019s sister, who lives in Rockville, Md., and learned he often made politically radical remarks and spoke of doing \u201csomething\u201d to fix the world\u2019s issues.<\/p>\n

Authorities confirmed that Allen bought<\/a> two handguns and a shotgun at Cap Tactical Firearms and stored them at his parents\u2019 home. He regularly trained at a shooting range, the official said.<\/p>\n

He was part of a group called \u201cThe Wide Awakes\u201d and is believed to have attended a \u201cNo Kings\u201d protest in California, where he attended college and worked as a teacher.<\/p>\n
