However, neighbors told News 12 that they saw two cars chasing each other before the crash happened. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Homeowners are now forced to pick up the pieces. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">\u201cI\u2019m shocked. Completely shocked. Like what\u2019s going on? What am I supposed to do now?\u201d said Tamara, who lives in the house said. \u201cWho\u2019s going to pay for this?
