More here<\/a>. <\/p>\n Tuesday, April 28 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council\u2019s Committee on Civil and Human Rights will hold an oversight hearing on early implementation of the city\u2019s \u201cFair Chance\u201d laws, which prohibit most employers<\/a> and landlords<\/a> from rejecting applicants based on past involvement in the criminal justice system. More here<\/a>. <\/p>\n Wednesday, April 29 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council\u2019s Committee on Public Housing will hold an oversight hearing on the role of NYCHA in the city\u2019s affordable housing agenda. More here<\/a>. <\/p>\n Wednesday, April 29 at 10 a.m.: The City Planning Commission will vote on a proposal to convert an existing 17-story commercial building at 101 Franklin St. <\/a>to a 21-story mixed-use building with 72 apartments. The Commission will also hold public hearings on the following land use applications: 164th Street Rezoning<\/a>, 50-20 108th Street Rezoning<\/a>, 63-02 Fresh Pond Road Rezoning<\/a>, and 2950 West 24th St Rezoning<\/a>.
