“Saturday Night Live” alum<\/a>\u00a0Pete Davidson<\/a>\u00a0has decreased the asking price of his Westchester, NY<\/a>, home by $125,000\u2014weeks after he listed it for $2.7 million as he attempts to move to Staten Island.<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old comedian<\/a>\u00a0had purchased the four-bedroom, three-bath dwelling in 2023 for $1.95 million. <\/p>\n

He listed the upstate New York<\/a> dwelling on April 3 for $2.7 million. However, it appears as though the former TV star is desperate to find a buyer as he has already trimmed back his asking price to $2.15 million, Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a> can exclusively reveal.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0Mansion Global<\/a>, the actor knew he was going to part ways with the home, which sits on 6 acres in North Salem, just one year after he purchased it.<\/p>\n

He joked that in 2024, he told Chad, a character he played on “SNL,” that he would be selling the abode.<\/p>\n

\u201cI told Chad we were going to sell it. He\u2019s very upset. You could see it in his eyes. He\u2019s not a man of a lot of words, but in his eyes, you could tell he was sad to go,” Davidson said.<\/p>\n

However, the actor insisted that he is upset over parting with the pad, which is just 90 minutes from\u00a0New York<\/a>\u00a0City, because the home is his “hip, funky, cool place” and holds many memories, including the moment his partner,\u00a0Elsie Hewitt, revealed she was pregnant. The couple welcomed their daughter,\u00a0Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, on Dec. 12, 2025.<\/p>\n

The jokester revealed that he initially came across the pad when he was living in the hustle and bustle of New York City and wanted a peaceful getaway.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s literally like living in paradise. The thing I hated about living in the city all the time was, I would wake up to so much noise, whether it would be garbage being picked up or people fighting or your neighbors or whatever\u2019s going on on the street. In North Salem, I would wake up naturally, and I wouldn\u2019t feel a thing. It was the most special feeling,” he told the outlet.<\/p>\n

Once moving there, he adored the home so much that he made it his permanent pad.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s cool about North Salem and the whole Westchester area is everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, and I really don\u2019t get bothered up there,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Davidson also revealed that the home is the epitome of privacy, as it is an acre from the road. Built in the 1930s, the home has loads of vintage charm.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not a big fan of modern houses because they all kind of look the same, just kind of soulless and white. I added little things to it while still keeping its integrity and charm,” he told the outlet.<\/p>\n

However, Davidson did do some renovations, including adding a guesthouse, movie room, pool, hot tub, cold-plunge pool, sauna, and screened porches.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a secret speakeasy\u2014a wall slides open\u201d to reveal it, he said. “It\u2019s really fun, and it\u2019s great if you have a family, and it\u2019s also great if you just want to use it like a getaway.\u201d<\/p>\n

The home was first listed by the Ginnel Real Estate brokerage in February for $2,495,000.<\/p>\n

Jaclene Ginnel\u00a0told Mansion Global that the home is the perfect pad: “It offers everything at once\u2014easy proximity to New York City, absolute privacy at the end of a long gated drive, serene pond views from nearly every room, and the intimate charm of a 1930s cottage with every modern amenity reimagined. It feels light and fun while also cozy and charming, and the year-round lap pool looking out over the lake is beyond spectacular.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, Davidson is looking for a home closer to his family.<\/p>\n

The Westchester home isn’t the only abode that the comedian is cutting ties with. He is also bidding farewell to his Staten Island condo, as first reported by New York Post.<\/p>\n

He purchased the condo in 2020 for $1.2 million. The home has seemingly found a new buyer and is pending sale, according to property records.<\/p>\n

Davidson initially listed the property in January 2025 for $1.1 million. In July, he took it off the market. In February 2026, he relisted it with a dramatic price drop to $850,000.<\/p>\n

The condo has one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and 1,592 square feet of living space.<\/p>\n

“This modern residence features a spacious one-bedroom apartment with an open floor plan, a private full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom for your convenience,” the listing reads. “Enjoy stunning, unobstructed water views from your private terrace, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation or entertaining.”<\/p>\n

Davidson and Hewitt announced the arrival of their baby girl on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0on Dec. 18\u2014six days after Scottie was born at a\u00a0New York City<\/a>\u00a0hospital. They shared a series of images of themselves welcoming their bundle of joy to their family home upstate.<\/p>\n

The home comes complete with many lounging spaces. Realtor.comDavidson is understood to still have a home base in Brooklyn in the form of a brownstone rental. His primary abode is located “in the woods,” he revealed on “Late Night With Seth Meyers.”Instagram\/Elsie Hewitt<\/p>\n

“My best work yet, I am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief,” Hewitt wrote in her post, revealing that her daughter arrived on Dec. 12.<\/p>\n

In a series of photos and videos, the couple embraced their newborn daughter in the hospital, before driving her back through snowy landscapes to Davidson’s upstate\u00a0New York\u00a0abode, which he revealed during a February appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” he had moved to.<\/p>\n
