When Serhant suggested discussing the details over the phone, the buyer replied, \u201cDon\u2019t take it personally. Time is the greatest asset\u201d. Serhant noted that this buyer was quite savvy, having figured out everything and set his priorities straight. He believes that time is money. Additionally, Serhant explained that communicating through text has its benefits, as it keeps everything in writing, which helps protect against potential scams.<\/p>\n
