Jesse Watters<\/a> is opening up about an uncomfortable moment with Queen Camilla<\/a> that quickly went off the rails.<\/p>\n

In a clip shared by Daily Beast<\/a>, during a recent episode of The Five, the Fox News host recalled being introduced to Camilla, 78, and King Charles III<\/a> ahead of their formal White House state dinner on Wednesday, April 29 \u2014 but things took a turn after his ill-timed joke.<\/p>\n

After chatting with the queen about a visit to the White House beehives<\/a>, Watters said he tried to keep the conversation going. \u201cI said, \u2018Well, you know, it was Washington D.C., you know, if the bees don\u2019t get you, the guns will,\u2019\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n

The comment didn\u2019t land. And Watters said he watched a royal handler lead the Queen away<\/a>: \u201cI don\u2019t know what I was saying.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another humbling moment for Watters? Realizing Charles, 77, had absolutely no clue who he was while doing a walkthrough and introduction.<\/p>\n
