A 32-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were listed as the victims, while a known 39-year-old man was identified as the suspect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"730\">Tracey Jerome Toliver, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:08 p.m. April 30 in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road, the location of the Riley County Law Enforcement Center, on two counts of stalking. He was issued a bond of $30,000 in connection with that arrest.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"926\">Later that day, at approximately 4:55 p.m., Toliver was arrested on charges of attempted burglary and attempted criminal trespass. Those charges stem from a report originally filed in July 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"1085\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Toliver was issued an additional bond of $8,000, bringing his total bond to $38,000.
