The Trump administration still has congestion pricing in its crosshairs, even after a federal judge shut down its effort<\/a> to kill the tolling program<\/a> earlier this year.<\/p>\n

U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Secretary Sean Duffy, via the Justice Department, on Friday filed a notice of appeal to U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman\u2019s March 3 decision in favor of the MTA.<\/p>\n
