Ashe-Nadrowski, a former council president, raised $39,475, spent $67,979.64, and has cash on hand $84,382.20 in her individual account, according to her May 1st report<\/a> filed with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (NJ ELEC).<\/p>\n Scarinci Hollenbeck partner Joe DeMarco contributed $5,800 ($200 was refunded to comply with ELEC rules), the Greater NJ Carpenters PEC gave $4,000, and Orange Township Public Works Water Repair Supervisor Jason Cox donated $2,500, the report says.<\/p>\n Additionally,\u00a0 Wielkotz & Company, LLC CPA Steven Wielkotz contributed $5,000, while the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 21 NJ PAC wrote a check for $2,500, as did the Teamsters Joint Council No. 73 State PAC.<\/p>\n On the expenditure side, the biggest check she wrote by far was for Brooklyn-based Red Horse Strategies, who was paid $56,912.12 for political consulting.<\/p>\n The five council candidates running with Ashe-Nadrowski raised $23,200, spent $33,338.37, and have $42,824.37 cash on hand in their joint account, their May 1st ELEC report<\/a> indicates.<\/p>\n Eric M. Bernstein & Associates, LLC Principal Eric Martin Bernstein gave $10,000, while Hackensack\u2019s Boswell Engineering donated $5,000 \u2013 as did state Senator Joe Lagana. Further, former state Assemblyman Nick Chiaravalloti chipped in $2,850, and UA Plumbers Local 24 PAC contributed $2,500.<\/p>\n Their biggest expenses were renting the Chandelier restaurant for a fundraiser last month, a cost of $12,236.72, and paying professional fundraiser Ray Ferraioli\u2019s H&P Consulting $8,000 for his services.<\/p>\n Team Ashe-Nadrowski remains the top fundraising operation in the Peninsula City heading into next Tuesday\u2019s non-partisan municipal elections.<\/p>\n Councilman at-Large Loyad Booker and city Business Administrator\/Board of Education President Mary Jane Desmond are also vying for mayor since interim Mayor Robert Kubert isn\u2019t seeking a full term.<\/p>\n
