Among its new tunes is \u201cIn the Stars,\u201d which the band showcased at the converted Williamsburgh Savings Bank, now called The Weylin, for a VIP crowd that included Leonardo DiCaprio.<\/p>\n<p>Funnyman Conan O\u2019Brien introduced the band, who participated in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/rock\/rolling-stones-foreign-tongues-conan-obrien-1236239609\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"> a conversation<\/a> with the television host.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think this is the one, after years of toiling in obscurity,\u201d O\u2019Brien joked about the iconic British group that formed in 1962. \u201cThis is their time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Stones\u2019 last released an album featuring new music in 2023. Fans had to wait 18 years for the songs it contained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cForeign Tongues\u201d includes a contribution from drummer Charlie Watts, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2021\/08\/24\/rolling-stones-drummer-charlie-watts-dies-at-80-weeks-after-revealing-he-had-unspecified-medical-procedure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">died in 2021.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith also performs on the album. So does Paul McCartney.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe wanted to play with the band,\u201d Stones singer Mick Jagger said of the former Beatle on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Stones fans who missed Tuesday\u2019s spectacle will have a chance to see the band members on \u201cThe Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon\u201d in coming days.<\/p>\n<p>Fallon will host Jagger on Wednesday and guitarist Keith Richards on Thursday.
