The developer also filed for an 82-unit, 73,051-square-foot building at 985 Dean Street and a 64-unit, 65,541-square-foot project at 1070 Pacific Street. All three buildings are planned to stand 11 stories tall. The 16-story project will house 99 units. The developer plans 30,600 square feet of alteration work between the two properties.
