I thought he hit the father at first. He was shooting towards the father,\u201d she said. \u201cI ducked down, and then he ran towards Seward. I&#8217;m nervous. I need to move. I want to get out of here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">As of Wednesday afternoon, police say they are still searching for the shooter.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">This is a developing story.
