Steven told WABC that without his wheelchair, even basic tasks become overwhelming.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">This footage shows an individual wearing a blue hoodie and distinctive blue hat walking into the lobby, grabbing the wheelchair, and riding it away.
