{"id":223005,"date":"2026-05-07T09:44:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T09:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/223005\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T09:44:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T09:44:07","slug":"news-12-bronx-police-release-new-images-of-man-wanted-in-shooting-of-teen-in-soundview","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/223005\/","title":{"rendered":"News 12 | Bronx | Police Release New Images Of Man Wanted In Shooting Of Teen In Soundview"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Police have released new images of the person wanted in connection to shooting a teen Wednesday on his way to school in Soundview.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">According to police, the incident happened at around 7:30 a.m. while the 14-year-old boy was <a data-rich-text-hyperlink=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/bronx.news12.com\/man-hit-as-shots-were-fired-early-morning-in-soundview\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">on his way to school <\/a>near Rosedale and Seward avenues. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Cops say the teen was sitting inside of a car when the gunman took out his gun and started shooting multiple rounds.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The bullets struck the teen in the leg and he was rushed to the hospital.
