The former president was there representing the Clinton Foundation\u2019s Overdose Response Network.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believe in the God of second chances, and I\u2019ve needed a lot of them. So this is a place of second chances. As long as there\u2019s one person dying unnecessarily, keep going.
