A 21-year-old accused member of the \u201cHighs\u201d gang was found guilty on all charges relating to the 2024 shooting death of a man in Brooklyn Park.<\/p>\n
Marquen Deshaun Tucker was found guilty, according to the Hennepin County Attorney\u2019s Office, on all charges he had been facing, including second-degree murder and second-degree attempted murder.<\/p>\n
On\u00a0Dec. 7,\u00a02024,\u00a0court documents said Tucker got out of a vehicle, hid behind a car and then fired multiple times toward\u00a0two men exiting a business on the 8000 block of Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Park. <\/p>\n
One victim was declared deceased at the scene,\u00a0and another was taken to the hospital for injuries to the neck and leg.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Authorities later determined Tucker to be the suspect behind the shooting.<\/p>\n
