The band tapped Samantha Collings, 27, who has played with acts like the mighty Lambrini Girls<\/a>, to take Darragh Manning\u2019s place behind the drum kit for this six-city U.S. tour. She fit right in, playing with verve and power and adding a dash of punk energy to Cardinals\u2019 songs.<\/p>\n

Darragh, who is Euan and Finn\u2019s cousin, hurt his wrist in mid-March after a Cardinals gig in London. They were outside a pub called the Red Dog in Isington when it happened: \u201cWe\u2019d been playing pool,\u201d Finn says. \u201cI imagine his wrist became quite tired and strained from playing pool.\u201d (\u201cAlso lifting pints, as well,\u201d Gudinovic says.) \u201cSo he sat down on the ground, and he sat on his wrist, and it fractured.
