This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bed Stuy, West Midwood, Windsor Terrace, and Cypress Hills. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, this 1880s brownstone is in the Bedford Historic District and still has moldings, a pier mirror, mantels, and other period details. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in April for $2.1 million, which was $195,000 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

This early 20th century single-family is in estate condition, so it would require a fair bit of work on the part of a new owner to restore, but there are period details, room to spread out, and parking. This former House of the Day<\/a> in West Midwood entered contract in April.<\/p>\n

For those looking to spread out, this Windsor Terrace apartment has six closets, two bedrooms, and a roomy layout. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in April for the asking price of $1.125 million.<\/p>\n

Finally, in Cypress Hills, this single-family semi-detached house has a garage reached via a shared driveway. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in April for $815,000, which was $84,999 under the asking price.<\/p>\n
