He is charged with manslaughter.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The NYPD says officers found the victim unconscious and unresponsive after responding to a 911 call for an assault.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Plummer allegedly punched the victim multiple times before grabbing him by his neck and applying pressure, causing his death, according to court documents.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The man was pronounced dead at New York-Presbyterian Allen Hospital. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Authorities have not released the victim&#8217;s identity as of Thursday evening.
